Overall management for a sales target within the US and Canada region. Based out of Austin or Atlanta. You will be responsible for driving the performance of assigned reseller partners in country while maintaining a high level of direct engagement with prospects to achieve personal sales goals.


To drive consistent sales revenue targets


  1. Achieve annual recurring revenue targets
  2. Ensure our partners love working with us and are successful
  3. Work as part of a team to create shared learnings and momentum
  4. Drive First Customer Meetings to ensure that the top of the funnel is healthy
  5. Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement
  6. The Purple brand will consistently become brand of choice in the region

Key KPI’s

Avg of 15 FCM’s attended per month

4X Pipeline cover forward for the next 90 days

Pipeline days in stage less than 60

New ARR and TCV generation in line with targets
