Description

You will be responsible for working with prospects from an early stage on identifying solutions and taking this relationship through the sale and into a steady technical state before handing over to the Customer Support and Success teams. You will also be engaged in post sales to help with the bigger more challenging technical issues customers may have.


Purpose

To be the bridge between pre and post-sales ensuring technical success.


Outcomes

  1. Provide technical solutions to prospects engaged with the sales team
  2. Support RFI’S, RFP’s, RFQ’s, solutions design and presentations from a technical perspective
  3. Manage PoCs with prospects to ensure they are setup and run smoothly
  4. Work with support and success teams to ensure customers are fully onboarded
  5. Work with customers on a charged basis to help solve bigger technical challenges
